WRT Dobsina IMO the project is at Stage 3 - the target is there it now has to be drilled to define it (size & grade).
If you have specific questions i'll endeavour to give you an answer to the best of my knowledge however the steps are basically outlined in the pipeline - exact timings can vary on many factors.
