mmmm I think all you guys are missing the truth.

For starters suspension on TEE was voluntary with ASIC. they can't release annual report that has foward looking statements if they are suspect of being invalid for an investment by a third party. That investment must be made before report can be released, if not then it has to be removed and rewritten, then independently again re audited....ya think that takes a week?
maybe to rewrite it or use the backup plan of course only a few days, but the audit is always 3-6 weeks as they must repeat the full process irresepctive of if they already done it before.
Then it must be lodged with ASIC and approved for release.

I magine you will find there is more to announce as well. like who did the funds go to, and no cable guy you are now incorrect.

Gesaf now don't get all those shares and options, instead Tee is doing 1.2M of the 4.5M so only a 1/3 of it is being placed.....
