Solomon Lew only has maybe 4% in Myer. The rest is held by the shareholders of Premier Investments.
I was a shareholder of the Just Jeans group before they were purchased by Premier Investments.
Most or all of Premier Investments is the same as the old Just Jeans group. They have not added any new brands of stores since their purchase. When the Just Jeans group was independent, they brought new stores once in a while, Smiggles was one of them.
