Overall, a pass mark in my view.

Positives:
- good pricing
- didn't raise too much so not too dilutive. Leaves room for a material raise at a much higher price if the expansion drilling is successful

Negatives:
- options are also at $0.016 and really should be at a premium but 1 for 5 isn't too bad
- why should directors be able to participate at $0.016 plus receive a free option when the general public can't? I'll be voting Yes at the AGM because I want directors to be incentivised appropriately though but a bit rough.

So, money in the bank, a clearly defined program, let's see what happens....
