lol, sorvereign risk is High in China as well, but Chinese government is happy to give away USD$285m on AVZ's infrastruture.
The funniest thing, I posted 14 Chinese listed large companies invested in DRC, being called 'laundry customer list'
I hope other less sovereign risk countries could do something good as well.
