    I think it will be getting simeone with more globsl experience in taking software companies through fast trajectory
    Guessing someone in the US will be named... ir will be interesting to see gsw unfold, once the williams deal closes and if successful 90%+ of their revenue will be coming from non APAC region, so makes some sense to get directors who are globally savvy
