The history of Zinjin's interest in Nkwe goes back well before 2012. At that time I believe they offered Genorah a price that would give 50 cents per share. Apparently Genorah declined this offer believing the assets held were worth much more. Admittedly since that time the company through Genorah's incompetence or dishonesty we have lost two Tubatse farms which was approximately a third of our resource.
Jin Jiang were initially offering 12 cents per share but this was reduced to 10 cents when Genorah were in a weak financial position. The $20 million was an initial purchase but when Zinjin bought out Genorah they invested approximately another $30 million ( I cannot remember the exact figure).
