You sound like an old friend I know who in fact wrote a letter to Heron asking them to speed things up because he didn't think he would make it to see the KNP as a producer.
Heron have a very strict timetable placed on CVRD and obviously the next Step (3) is critical.
With no more than 6 weeks to wait for a yes or no and on the other front we have Jump up Dam which by all accounts is very robust!
