This isn't stale holders - this is small bit speccy traders preserving profits when it didn't follow through on the ann; this is speccy brokers throwing things around knowing they need cash.
Sean's task isn't dealing with IAM investor 'bottom feeders' - the tasks are getting cash, executing this (their first) success well, absorbing the cost of giving it away for free (for a while), and overcoming a history of questionable delivery.
They really just need to get cash from one person with sticky hands and get on with it.
