I am interested in Lev Mizikovsky's assertion in the letter to shareholders that there is an inherent conflict of interest with long-term Board members, and shareholders would appreciate greater transparency as per ASX guidelines.
Some have noticed in the ASX Director interest notices and over the last few years on retail investor sites:
1) CLH actively promoted new retail investors buying CLH shares
2) the share price subsequently collapsed
3) as the price collapsed and problems with the company were revealed, the ASX director notices revealed that those new investors were buying the shares that some directors, with their knowledge of the company, were selling.
I make no comment on that, but consider further investigation of that chain of events worthwhile.
