Can't see them doing a buy back as capital initiatives... that would be a huge slap in the face..
and i'm not sure of the morality/legality of that then especially if they are on record as to saying that they had every intention of honouring the RCPS. to then use company funds to give liquidity for insiders to exit..
i'd go with a divi..
