Kiwi-1 should be at TD by now...so what to expect regarding announcements over the next few days?
As there hasn't been any news regarding further "shows" in Kiwi-1, it would appear the remainder of the hole is a non-event.
Therefore, after wireline logging has been completed, I would expect we will get the final drilling report...but rather than a "P&A", it should be a "cased & suspended as a future producer" announcement...a much nicer way to finish!
We should also be getting details regarding the Callamurra Meber discovery...in particular, the implications of the condensate recovered in the drill string and perhaps some initial reserve estimates.
If we are lucky, we may get something possitive regarding "Christies" upgraded flows and perhaps even news on the progress of "Worrior".
Sellers are becoming scarce now, but I think we still may need some kind of catalyst to really get things moving again.
Something left of field from BPT would be real good about now...lol
