Never received postal version.
Emailed company on Friday (in a last min panic). They said my docs were emailed but I don't recall receiving them.
Took up offer after finding my docs online.
If many SHs are in same boat (i.e. didn't receive offer) then maybe the scale back won't be quite as bad as some are predicting???
