director sold 1 million shares last friday, page-27

I certainly have a problem with this. Director makes extremely bullish statement on 11/10 guaranteed to send the sp into orbit on speculative fever; same director sells into that speclative spike on 12/10. Even if there is no intent to mislead all directors are morally bound NOT to deal in their co's securities when the market is not in possession of all the relevant facts. He should have waited until all facts concerning Riddle-13 were in the public domain. V. poor judgement on the part of Mr Thomas!!
