I have no idea whats going on, I keep getting mixed messages about whether stage 1 is or is not of state significance. Stage 2 definitely is..... I'm so lost on what is required for taronga.
Cobalt drilling, is great, but won't provide the pump we need as we don't register as a cobalt player yet due to lack of twitter and cross promotion etc.
