One can never be too careful and doing DD is good practice. No disrespect intended but you are only 2 years behind and trying to catch up.
The bottom line with these types of decisions always goes to the "spirit of the law". It is the spirit of the law that will be considered in this application and not hopes and desires of opportunistic claim jumpers trying to hit a bonanza due to a technicality, especially when that technicality has a weight of mitigating circumstances involving the role of an Administrator for a company that went into receivership. Those mitigating circumstances and the underpinning facts is what will be considered by the Minister.
Plus do a bit of DD on spotty and you might help yourself with your DD overall. Read back the relevant threads and posts. The trail of crumbs is all there and the house of candy is obvious. Good luck.
Cheers
