so you are saying that these guys have made you good money BUT you are not happy ?? You have been with avd since pre-ipo, i assume at that stage you enquired as to managements form.

For me, i see a small group of companies, sharing resources (keeping costs low) . As a group they have a wider base of human resources & a broader exposure to the investment / broking community & a consequently greater deal flow.


I personally feel that of the group AVD is the keeper, as you said " the fundamentals & business plan are very good"
