I bought back into RVR yesterday at 28c , glad to be back in before this announcement , but not that surprised that we haven't seen an immediate uptick. In the end everyone expected LOM increases , but still this announcement derisks the investment as management continue to deliver on every promise. RVR's non response to announcements has been consistent throughout 2017. I will add on any weakness
