    Fact - the company has missed targets before and disappointed the market.
    Fact - the company has put out a new target of 400%-500% growth
    Conjecture - the target is too high and unachievable and the company is setting themselves up to fail.

    I mean yeah there's a risk of the company going back to their old ways but we just don't know yet.
