Destrier - it's a possible scenario - but I suspect the oppies will open with a very good premium price, so it might not be good to dump the heads - but it would probably be good to buy some oppies when available, as they will be fairly hard to buy on market I suspect!
It's going to of course depend on the string of announcements re projects between now and then....what the price is and what play will work best. At the moment, your theory is good, but in practice might not play out.
