I doubt that AT would have gone to Germany. Few Li suppliers turned up, as there is little free supply and VW's price offerings are presumably as derisory for Li as they were for cobalt, which meant they were unable to secure supplies of cobalt and they're likely to have similar luck with Li. They'll get the message.
