Plenty of research in the last couple of years shows that A2 is superior to A1/A2 mixed. Digested A2 has antiinflammatory and antioxidant effects vs digested A1 which is inflammatory. I am surprised that A2M hasn't promoted this more. It is well documented and characterised.
