property crash here we come, page-13

I just get so tired of the uninformed rubbish that gets posted by the same people over and over again.

You take the time to dig up data that shows what they say is completely wrong and they just ignore it.

They're going to push their barrow no matter what the evidence to the contrary.

Why do people keep showing themselves to be stupid? Don't they have a feedback mechanism that takes new data and alters their pattern of behaviour?

In Stocko's case it seems not. We talk about speed cameras. He spouts about loose number plates, antennaes etc altering speed measurents. I inform him that the locations in question (Western Ring Road) have road-embedded sensors which do not use radar and still he goes on about his loose number plate.

He pushes his "property will drop 40% like it did in the early 90's barrow." I show him the data which proves that these figures are a total fabrication on his part and again he ignores it.

Now he's back again "You aint seen a bloodbath like the property collapse that we are about to have"

Beautifully oblivious to all historical precedent, wonderfully ignorant of the dynamics of the housing industry, no knowledge at all of the mix of owner-occupation vs investment property, totally in the dark about segmentation of the property market.

Even when his wishfull thinking does not eventuate in his ability to finally leave the rental sector and be the proud owner of his own home he will still be saying "just you wait, it's just around the corner, the most massive proeprty crash of all time."

Where he, ofcourse being smarter than anyone else, will pick up house upon house for a song.

    What a loser.
