the directors feel that shareholders need to pay them more because that's the only way to get the best performance.
I think that companies should be very glad that the "Articles of Association" don't include compulsory voting.
Can someone explain why you would ask for a significant pay rise when the share price has fallen by about 20 % in 8 months.
