I hope it's rejected. I know the company has had lots of issues in the last couple years, but we've learned from these (hopefully). The takeover is opportunistic and although it may be a significant premium to the current SP, it's not reflective of the potential value in the business. I believe we can return to making a profit within a year and this should lend to the SP recovering hopefully to 20c plus.
