    Dont really follow either of these companies but having a quick look at both their web sites i wonder if the Cu and Au grade are too low to be of interest to ZFX??
    Also wouldnt ZFX be wiser to wait until its in production. May be cheaper now for ZFX to buy but i can see many issues for PNA bedding the project down and getting into constant production.
