Most recent timeline I can find from early this year. Basically a nine-month delay assuming the license is issued before the end of the year. Interesting that JR is now forecasting production in early 2019, suggesting a delay to production of only 6 months from original timelines. Guess this suggests that the project is ready to progress immediately upon issuance of the license.
