I think you will find that you are wrong. soccer: diego maradona tested positive to cocaine twice and got banned twice. pretty sure the second time was for life. Chelsea performed ITS OWN tests on Bosnich and Mutu who both failed cocaine tests and both got banned. Rio Ferdinand missed a drug test cos he reckons he was moving house & got suspended for some 9 months (rumours that he likes party drugs). Rene Higuita tested positive and got sacked by his club. Don't forget Wendel Sailor in the union!!! and then there's AFL: it doesnt matter if you fail a test cos the AFL wont do anything about it anyway and clubs arent allowed to perform their own tests. its beyond a joke! we have a guy here who never even tested positive and has a substance problem! did west coast suspect this? i would say so! would they have tested him if they could? thats the big question! if so then the drug policy failed and will continue to cos clubs cant act to protect their players or their own image and reputation.
