    Very bullish statement. Growth underpinned by new projects coming through from 2018 to 2020.

    32% discount to 2017 NAV of 99c. The NAV is only going to rise.

    7.2% yield fully franked on last years numbers, could be 8% by 17/8 assuming some dividend growth.

    No brainer at these levels, in my view
