A bloody good try, parmenio but, alas, you is talking to both, the converted and the bricks!
The hope, this time, is the young. Apparently, this election has them engaged more than most of the previous ones; and they're out in great numbers wanting to vote Howard out -one way or another! Bless their little souls! They're probably doing it for the wrong reason:"Howard is too old" or "Howard is too ugly" "Rudd is young and we, the young, can relate to him," etc etc, without going too deeply into the policies of the two parties. They're not interested because it's boring for them, they've got no history of governments so they can't compare the two, they tend to follow what mum and dad say, etc.
However, they ARE dissenting, rebelling, I guess, against both, the Govn't and their parents, even the aged!
But, we're in the wrong chat site, if we're hoping to see socialist thinking among the capital lovers.
    Personally, I hate wealth!
