I'm not convinced we will see .11c,but,we could if the news doesn't start flowing before the next cap raise,which I expect to be next quarter. I was surprised to hear him say he thought we should be using the 10% or 12% rate to calculate NPV.That makes me wonder what percentage of the debt component will be covered by ECA(cheaper rate),and what percentage will be at a higher rate. If PB doesn't think the 8% figure is realistic,(at this time)then perhaps using 3.8B NPV in our calculations of TNG's future potential would be wise.
