No it's not. Have a look at the trading pattern. Blocks of 453, 15, 5, 13 and 16 shares going through at $1.36, $1.33 and $1.32. To me, this looks like someone doing the classic move of triggering stop losses to buy back in lower later on. Volume is still minimal. Nothing has changed
