should let the clubs test them then! if west coast suspected that cousins was on drugs they should have been allowed to test him. if this was the case and they chose to turn a blind eye then they would have been held accountable. instead nothing got doen and here we are. a drug addict. chelsea football club in the english premiere league did this for example and as a result bosnich and mutu both got done for cocaine because the club suspected they were using drugs. both got suspended and sacked. seems more logical to me. maybe if the eagles tested him 5 years ago he would have never developed a dependance
