Glad to see a few of us thinking along the same lines.......CNOOC is the perfect fit. Just watching the "horizon oil operational overview" video 3:55-7:30 gives a clue.......at least that's what has been stuck in my mind the last month or so since watching again.......imo CNOOC will be partnering up with us in "other opportunities".
