Great announcement for THX. There investment in UMC is outstanding. Daytraders have pushed both UMC and THX pricecs down.
I expect a late arvo rally-close to yesterdays close when people have fully digested the news.
THX still represents great value.
21,350,000 UMC shares even at $1.30=$27,755,000 plus options plus actual business itself.
The market cap of company is $52,000,000-WORK IT OUT.
