Hmmm... Interesting.

They plan on buying out the Australian based Panorama Labs from SYN by end of October? Gee how much are they willing to pay? As far as continuing their research with the technology, last time I checked SYN owned 100% which means the patents aswell. So what would they gain by wasting time researching and developing further if SYN don't sell.
Last ASX ann stated they were finalising the remaining 100% buy out of panorama.
Some journalist reports something that states the opposite? Very interesting....
