I think the chances of it delisting are very low. They still have a business with $1 billion in turnover.
Someone would be interested in that even if they have to tidy up the business a lot to make it a lot more profitable.
I also dont think its going to be a perfect takeover as CDR was struggling a bit.
You mind find them come back on and say "We have an offer for 60cents a share and think shareholders should take it".
Thats what I am betting on.

You are owed some kind of answer from the company.
Ask them "Should I plan on losing all my money on CDR or is it safe to say it will trade agin soon"
You are not asking for direct details then and I am sure they would tell you if you really turned some heat on them.
