We're close.. really close - to getting a term sheet.. with effectively an offer.. And:-
Ultimately it will be shareholders who need to vote on the deal.. clearly some major holders are still/also part of the funding group...
id guess the terms are not far different from what pj had all those yrs ago..
What is different though.. is the coal price and energy/electricity demand - and yes, unfortunately 2 yrs still lost..!! (and the reat... )
What about the work that has been done on getting a new power station built? Has anyone got any info/update on where that's at?
