Good work Rookie. I dont understand why some are still questioning PBs timelines with the EIS. He and TNG, have done all they can do now - its submitted. It really is out of his hands now. He cannot give accurate deadline on EIS approval because he doesnt control what external beaurocrats do. Sure, he'd love it to apear tomorrow but he is in the same boat as us and that is waiting for others to do their bit. Give him a break. I've been critical of his missing deadlines in the past but I think it is only fair to question his timescales for work controlled by TNG.
