re: rito - property crash here we come I hope the ppl that have many properties have dual incomes as employment may become this countries biggest hurdle to overcome in 2-3 years...
with cheap imports and a rising dollar I forecast a leap in true unemployment to over 7% the US market is still overvalued in some sectors the interest rate freeze in the states is a timebomb waiting to self implode the only thing keeping australia and US really out of the s##t is consumer spending (and of course with that confidence comes MASSIVE personal debt)and with interest rates moving northward I feel this chrissy may be one of the last to whoop it up...........
