    As most of you are aware, I too am a long term holder and I'm not too concerned about the daily market swings.

    I would be lying if I claimed not to be a tad disappointed with the market response to today's report, given the fact that it was far better that I could have ever hoped for when I initially bought into this stock.

    What I will take from today is that UMC reached an all time high of $1.645
