This will be a tough one. Over 90% of Non Chatchai/Risco shareholders will have to vote no.
I must admit I really like the idea of getting costs down and the "harvest" strategy on Manora to get a return which should be well above our share price.
The independent directors have explained things well, and it would be a huge concern giving control to the 2 major shareholders leaving us (55%) at their mercy.
History has shown Chatchai is not shy of playing with fire in the courts. Riscos have not been shy of charging us high fees when they say they want to keep costs down. This is easy to say when it is not their pockets being lined.
Mr Chatchai and Kindarto, lets forget the vote, offer us 11c and I will be generous enough to let you have mine.
