You cannot sustain a business on telemarketing pressure alone, there has to be some measurable benefit to the customer that will cause them to renew year after year. I hope I am missing something?

I was also a little disappointed in the AGM Chairman and CEO presentations which were very light on facts and figures. As an example of what I would have expected check out APT meeting presentations.
