Yes the numbers are low. Intentionally low, I expect!

The % figures are being thrown around by rampers to create the "Illusion" of unrealistic growth.
Sweep the app has not got the sophistication needed yet for fast growth, that will come down the track.

The important fact here is that the stock has remained steady in the face of little or no news.
It's also not falling off the cliff as hoped by some.

The management knows they need real numbers and the app is being developed at a realistic and steady pace, and seemingly in the right direction. I don't expect any fireworks for a couple of months. That's the nature of this responsible kind of software development.

It's much better to have some stumbles in a small insignificant area rather than across the whole country.
There's no need to embarrass themselves into oblivion before they get it right, restricting their inevitable mistakes and embarrassments to a small area is far more manageable on the growth and learning path to success.
