One guess is a few accumulators snap up everything up to 23 to 25 in a day or two, then let it sell off for a week or two then repeat..
It would mean aside from those few, there is not much other buying interest..
I think it's an easy run above 30 cents, but to get there will take really good news company or Vanadium wise..

Do you think we'll go below 20cents again before end of year?
I'm happy to keep taking anything under that and feel safe of a good return...
PFS/Scoping progression/updates either by TMT or neighbours will be the next big step forward...
I have a feeling offtakes/MOU are still 6 months off at least, but with partners working in China, who knows..
