I agree with you, Uboy. I think it is a good strategy to get a big buyer to push RAU shares up for further fund raising with a higher SP.
My only fear is that RAU may be taken over by the big buyer. I would not be happy to have to surrender my shares for 20c late this year, while I believe 12 months later they could be worth 30-35c.
I also don't like the idea of a merger with a company whose SP is like 5-10 higher than that of RAU at the moment.
If you compare RAU market capitalisation (about $43 mi) against Vital's ($78 mi), you realise that RAU has a long way to go for rerating given the assets they have.
