9/11/17 appendix submitted. 35 days excluding day of filing is 15/12/17 but subject to being circulated promptly as 35 days runs frm date of circulation. Allow a week and that takes you to 22/12/17. If not by then, then statutories come into play. That's my calc on NTEPA component.
