I tell you is mind blowing is the open conspiracy to commit fraud.

to a “game plan”."
and
"Subrata and Chatchai shared the opinion that Tap shareholders would be supportive of this
strategy, but if it had a negative impact on Tap’s share price, it could create a “good buying
opportunity” for them."
So their plan is working perfectly. Negative impact on TAP shareprice creating a "good buying opportunity" for them.
OK Independent Directors ... discharge your fiduciary duty to shareholders as directors to act in our best interests that in addition to the actions you are presently doing by informing ASIC and ACCC and maybe AFP of what appears to read like collusion between the major shareholders to bring down the price so they can acquire shares cheaply.
Does anyone else feel this way?
