yes BUD basically needs another decent minimum sized contracted revenue guarantee as anodyne against the drip drip of non-substantiable 'best efforts'..
though you can certainly have a mix of 'hard' and 'soft' announcements.
but thats a shareholder view focused on sustained support for sp and desire for increased sp.
not the same as a business level consideration - though not totally separate either.
