Interesting that today Gus resigned from IND. From what I have heard there was a massive revolt in the voting for the AGM regarding is re-election. Hence he has tried to save face and resigned so that the motion for reelection has been withdrawn.
The damage that was caused by this mans mismanagement in both PEN and IND has cost both companies dearly IMO.
